 เงื่อนไขการลงประกาศ/กฎ กติกา ระเบียบข้อบังคับ
 สมาชิกสามารถลงประกาศขาย/ให้เช่า และบริการอื่นๆได้ฟรี โดยรวมถึงบริการการแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ประกาศ, ยกเลิกหรือ ดำเนินการประกาศต่อได้ตลอดเวลา ทั้งนี้รวมถึงความสามารถใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลหรือสินทรัพย์ทที่น่าสนใจไว้ในportfolio ของตนเองได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ขอแจ้งเงื่อนไขในการใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ให้ผู้เข้ามาใช้บริการทราบเพิ่มเติม ดังนี้ ขอสงวนสิทธิระงับการใช้งานของท่าน หากมีการลงประกาศที่ไม่เหมาะสม, การลบประกาศที่ผิดประเภท หรือไม่เหมาะสม โดยไม่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า, การย้ายประกาศให้ตรงตามหมวดที่กำหนดไว้ โดยไม่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า เราเป็นเพียงสื่อกลาง ข้อมูลการประกาศ ผู้ลงประกาศจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบข้อมูลประกาศทั้งหมด รวมถึงไม่ขอรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆที่จะเกิดขึ้น

 เงื่อนไขสำหรับสมาชิกฝากขายห้อง
 1 หลักเกณฑ์ และเงื่อนไขการคิดค่าตอบแทน
 1.1 ตัวแทนคิดอัตราค่าตอบแทนการขายทรัพย์สินในอัตราร้อยละ 3 (สาม) ของราคาทรัพย์สินที่ขายได้ (ซึ่งเป็นอัตราที่ยังไม่ รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)
 1.2 เจ้าของทรัพย์สินตกลงชำระค่าตอบแทนการขายให้แก่ตัวแทนในวันทำบันทึกข้อตกลงการโอนสิทธิ และ/หรือสัญญาจะซื้อ จะขายทรัพย์สิน ของค่าตอบแทนในกรณีการขายดาวน์ และในกรณีการขายโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ เจ้าของทรัพย์สินตกลงชำระภายในวันจดทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ทรัพย์สิน ดังกล่าว โดยทำเป็นแคชเชียร์เช็คสั่งจ่ายในนามตัวแทน
 เงื่อนไขสำหรับสมาชิกฝากเช่าห้อง
 1 หลักเกณฑ์การคิดค่าบริการ และค่าตอบแทนจากการจัดหาผู้เช่า
 1.1 สำหรับสัญญาเช่า 1 ปี ตัวแทนคิดอัตราค่าตอบแทนเท่ากับอัตราค่าเช่า 1 เดือน (ซึ่งเป็นอัตราที่ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ทั้งนี้หากผู้เช่าทำสัญญาครั้งแรกเกิน 1ปี ตัวแทนคิดค่าตอบแทนในกรณีที่เกินระยะเวลา 1ปี เป็นจำนวน 0.5เดือน ของอัตราค่าเช่าต่อเดือน (ซึ่งเป็นอัตราที่ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)
 1.2 ในกรณีที่มีการต่อสัญญาเช่าอีก 1 ปี ตัวแทนคิดค่าดำเนินการตามอัตรา 0.5 เดือนของอัตราค่าเช่าต่อเดือน (ซึ่งเป็นอัตราที่ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) หากกรณีที่มีการต่อสัญญาน้อยกว่า 1 ปี ตัวแทนจะคิดค่าดำเนินการในอัตราดังกล่าวคำนวณตามสัดส่วน ระยะเวลาการเช่า และจากอัตราค่าเช่าในแต่ละช่วงเวลาที่มีการต่อสัญญาออกไป ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยบริษัทไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

 Term and condition for Seller
 1 Terms and Basis for Calculations of Commissions and Compensation
 1.1 The broker charges the commission at the rate of three (3) percent of the price of the property sold (exclude of the Value Added Tax), and the property owner shall be held responsible for all applicable VAT.
 1.2 The property owner agrees to pay to the broker the commission on the date of Memorandum of Title Transfer and/or the Agreement to Sell and Purchase incase Transfer of Right Ownership or paid by the date of title deed transfer of the property, payable in cashier check to the broker.
 Term and Condition for Rent out
 1. Terms and Basis for Calculations of Commissions and Compensation
 1.1 For one-year lease term, the Owner hereby agrees to compensate the Agent a commission fee of 100 percent (%) of the first month's rent including paying applicable VAT on the Agent's services. For lease term of one year or more, the Owner agrees to pay the Agent an annual renewal fee of 50 percent (%) of the monthly rent (excluded paying applicable VAT on the Agent’s commission fee)
 1.2 If the Owner enters into extension or renewal of the existing lease, the Owner agrees to pay the Agent as a commission fee equivalent to 50% of the monthly rent (excluded paying applicable VAT on the Agent’s commission fee). If the Owner enters into renewal of the original lease for less than one year. The owner agrees to pay the Agent as commission fee in connection with the renewal at prorated rent. *subject to change without notice.
